NGC 6240 hosts a superwind driven by intense star formation and possibly two active nuclei.  In this paper, the outflow is mapped at 25pc resolution with HST, Keck and ALMA in optical emission lines from ionized atomic, cold molecular gas, and warm molecular gas to better understand the nature of this multi-phase galactic wind.  See the GOALS science highlights page for more details and a link to the paper.
